About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Fleet Aftermarket Support Manager to join our team. As a key member of the Fleet Aftermarket team, you will be responsible for delivering speedy resolutions to aftermarket concerns and systemic issues raised by fleet customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support Fleet Sales: Collaborate with fleet sales teams to address aftermarket concerns and ensure timely resolution of issues.
  • Raise Emerging Concerns: Identify and report potential issues that may impact customer satisfaction and contribute to growth opportunities.
  • Promote Ford Liive Centre: Encourage fleets to utilize the Ford Liive Centre for single VIN cases, improving efficiency and customer experience.
  • Support Sales Business Managers: Work closely with sales business managers to align fleet strategies and achieve service growth objectives.
  • Identify Opportunities: Proactively identify opportunities for parts sales growth and Authorised Repairer service growth, driving revenue and customer satisfaction.
  • Support Ford Pro Events: Participate in Ford Pro events to enhance customer engagement and promote services.
About You

  • Excellent Communication Skills: Effective written, verbal, and presentation skills to communicate with various stakeholders.
  • Organisational Skills: Manage competing tasks simultaneously, prioritising deadlines and deliverables.
  • Team Player: Collaborate with colleagues to achieve shared goals, demonstrating adaptability and flexibility.
  • Ford Product Knowledge: Familiarity with Ford products, technical specifications, and warranty requirements is an advantage.
