We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Manager to lead our live-in care service with excellence. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the commercial plans for your geographical area.
Key Responsibilities
- Safely transition clients from various care settings to be looked after by Corinium Care.
- Assess and protect clients while supporting their families.
- Ensure quality and delivery of personalised, client-centered care.
Requirements
- Minimum of one to two years of experience in a similar role, with an understanding of the pressures faced by carers.
- Live-in experience is a bonus, but we can provide support.
- Bring diversity in experience, including but not limited to learning disabilities, nursing homes, and domiciliary care.
- Hold a valid driver's license.
