Your Role
As a Support Worker with Rehability UK, you will play a vital role in supporting adults with learning disabilities and mental health issues to live their best possible lives. Your responsibilities will include:
- Helping individuals to engage in meaningful activities and experiences
- Supporting with personal care and hygiene, medication administration, and meal preparation
- Assisting with community activities, such as shopping and social events
- Communicating effectively with individuals and their families
Essential Requirements
- Previous experience working with complex needs
- Ability to work flexibly and as part of a team
- Valid driver's license
- Excellent communication skills
