Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Associate to join our team at PUMA. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, driving sales growth, and maintaining a high level of store visual presentation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide consistently high standards of customer experience, ensuring that customers feel valued and supported in their shopping journey.
  • Sales Performance: Meet or exceed sales targets, consistently achieving or exceeding sales, KPIs, and profitability goals.
  • Store Visual Presentation: Maintain a visually appealing store environment, ensuring that all visual guidelines are executed and maintained to PUMA standards.
  • Loss Prevention and Operational Compliance: Ensure compliance with all policies and procedures, operational core competencies, and key accountabilities, maintaining a safe and compliant working and shopping environment.
  • Team Collaboration: Communicate merchandise opportunities to the Store Management team, participate in new store openings and/or store closings, and work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales and operational goals.
Requirements
  • Experience: Proven experience in a focused, customer service-oriented retail environment with a results-driven track record.
  • Sales Skills: Proven ability to exceed sales goals, demonstrate effective communication, and present information to large groups.
  • Customer Service Skills: Demonstrated ability to provide high levels of customer service, reason through complex issues, and maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment.
