Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Gastroenterologist to join our team at Leeds Teaching Hospitals. As a Consultant Gastroenterologist with a strong interest in nutrition and intestinal failure, you will play a key role in supporting our provision as one of the largest intestinal failure centres in the UK.
About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growing intestinal failure workload and help shape a developing service. You will work closely with our multi-disciplinary team to provide high-quality care to patients with intestinal failure, including those requiring home parenteral nutrition.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contribute to the development and implementation of a comprehensive intestinal failure service
- Work closely with the multi-disciplinary team to provide high-quality care to patients with intestinal failure
- Participate in outpatient and endoscopy targets, as well as general gastroenterology inpatient care
- Contribute to the growth and development of the intestinal failure service
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
