Care Coordination

As a Registered Mental Health Nurse, you will play a key role in coordinating care for adults with complex needs. Your responsibilities will include assessing individual needs, developing tailored care plans, and promoting independence and respect.

Teamwork

You will work collaboratively with a supportive team to develop collaborative needs-based care plans and administer medication safely. We pride ourselves on our inclusive and supportive work environment.

Salary and Benefits

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • First-level nursing registration with a valid Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) PIN
  • Registered Mental Health and Registered Learning Disability Nurses (RMN / RNLD)
  • Knowledge of assessment, admission, and discharge processes, the Mental Capacity Act, and Deprivation of Liberty Safeguards
