**Job Overview**

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Film Screenings Coordinator. This role involves working closely with the Deputy Cinema Manager and other healthcare professionals to deliver successful film screenings at various hospital sites.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a passion for film and healthcare, and the ability to work independently in a remote environment. A strong sense of humour and congenial demeanour is also essential for creating a welcoming atmosphere for patients and families.

Salary:** £32,000 - £35,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate film screenings with hospital staff and volunteers
  • Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals and patients
  • Ensure smooth operations of film screenings, including setup, equipment management, and technical support

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., film studies, healthcare management)
  • 2+ years of experience in a similar role or related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work independently in a remote environment
