Job Title: Support Worker

Description:

Completely Care Ltd is recruiting Support Workers for our customer in Oxfordshire. The role involves providing a safe and supportive environment for young mothers, offering guidance, encouragement, and a listening ear. As a Support Worker, you will be part of a team that empowers young mothers to tackle the challenges of parenting. Key responsibilities include providing emotional support, assisting with daily tasks, offering advice on parenting techniques, and connecting young mums with community resources.

Requirements:

We are looking for individuals with empathy, patience, and excellent interpersonal skills. Previous experience working with young mothers is preferred, but not essential. A genuine passion for supporting young mothers, knowledge of community resources, and flexibility to meet the needs of young moms are essential.
