Job Description: As a Disease Litigation Specialist, you will handle industrial disease cases with expertise in legislation, CPR, and case law. You must have experience in ID (hearing loss) litigation and be able to keep calm under pressure while delivering results. Excellent communication skills, IT proficiency, and a proven billing record are essential.

Required Skills and Qualifications: To succeed in this role, you must possess:

• Industrial disease knowledge and experience in litigation
• ID (hearing loss) experience
• Complete case handling with statutory legislation, CPR, and relevant case law awareness
• Ability to work in a performance-driven environment
• Tight deadlines management and effective organisation
• Delivering excellent legal advice with client care standards
• Working knowledge of compliance issues and codes of conduct
• Proven billing record and good IT skills
• Excellent communication skills
