Job Summary

We are looking for Quantitative Strategists to work closely with researchers and traders on defined projects, leading directly to trading decisions. The ideal candidate will have recently completed their PhD in a highly quantitative discipline, be highly quantitative, and have a clear interest in finance.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Collaborate with researchers and traders on project-based work, driving trading decisions
  2. Develop and backtest trading models and strategies
  3. Participate in training programs on financial modeling, analysis, research methods, and trading strategies, with a focus on financial flows analysis
  4. Apply knowledge of finance theory to enhance existing quantitative decision-making models and tools

Requirements

What We Look For

  1. A PhD in a highly quantitative discipline (e.g., Physics, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, or another quantitative field)
  2. A keen interest in finance
  3. Excellent quantitative and analytical skills, accompanied by critical thinking and intellectual curiosity
  4. Experience with programming (e.g., Python/C++)
  5. A consistently strong academic record
  6. An interest in working in a highly dynamic environment
