Job Title: Dietary Support Associate

About the Role:
RWJBarnabas Health is seeking a detail-oriented and compassionate Dietary Support Associate to join our team. As a key member of our food service team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the timely delivery of meals to patients and maintaining dietary guidelines.

Responsibilities:
* Ensure the timely delivery of meals to patients
* Maintain dietary guidelines and contribute to a positive atmosphere
* Collaborate with healthcare staff to provide excellent patient care

Requirements:
* Successful completion of general and department-specific orientation
* Previous experience in a food service role
* Knowledge of dietary restrictions and food safety standards
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience in a healthcare setting
* Certification in food handling and safety
* Bilingual abilities

Salary Estimate:
$45,000 - $60,000 per year

This is a per diem position, and compensation is based on hours worked.
