About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Insite Manager to join our team in Swindon. As a key member of our Insite team, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Attend daily and weekly production meetings to stay informed about site initiatives and priorities.
  • Develop and implement effective stores management services and processes with customer site teams.
  • Prepare and follow up on quotes for large value re-tenders.
  • Deliver consistent customer service levels, meeting agreed site-specific KPIs and targets.
  • Ensure clear understanding of stores management processes.
  • Work with site teams to plan and manage stock in line with customer site requirements.
Key Skills
  • Build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Juggle competing priorities effectively.
  • Identify opportunities for spend consolidation and cost savings for the customer.
