We are currently seeking a highly skilled Children Social Worker to join our team on a locum basis in London.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a valid Right to Work in the UK, be a Qualified Social Worker, and be registered with the Social Work England register.

You will be working within the Access and Assessment Service, where your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Completing initial assessments with children and families to identify any risks.
  • Supporting and referring to necessary teams.
  • Ensuring a child-focused approach.
  • Multidisciplinary collaboration.
  • Conducting ongoing assessments and ensuring proper recordings of all visits.

The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of post-qualifying experience and direct experience of working within a Children's Social Services Team. A competitive salary of £40,000 - £55,000 per annum is offered, depending on experience.
