About the Role:

This is a senior leadership position that requires a strong track record of success in a commercial healthcare organisation. You will be responsible for leading our private patient business, ensuring its growth and financial sustainability while maintaining the highest standards of clinical governance.

  • You will provide strategic leadership to our international activities, developing and implementing plans to expand our services and improve patient outcomes.
  • Lead a team of professionals to deliver effective operations, ensuring seamless service delivery and year-on-year growth.
  • Negotiate and manage commercial contracts and investment programmes to maximise benefits and outcomes.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
  • Demonstrable commercial knowledge of healthcare markets and their operation.
  • Strong leadership and ambassadorial skills, with the ability to demonstrate flexibility and decisiveness.
  • Commitment to excellence in clinical care, research, and education, with a passion for embedding such an ethos throughout the organisation.
Estimated Salary:
