Job Title: SEND Teaching Assistant - Complex Needs Support

Job Description:

This role involves supporting students with Complex Needs in a SEND school. The ideal candidate will have experience working with students with SEMH and be able to provide a safe and supportive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support students with Complex Needs in the classroom and on a small group basis
  • Work with the class teacher to develop and implement individualized education plans
  • Provide a happy and safe learning environment for students

Requirements:

  • Experience working with students with Complex Needs
  • Knowledge of SEMH and its impact on students
  • Ability to provide a safe and supportive learning environment
