About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Social Worker to join our Children with Disabilities team at NonStop Consulting. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for assessing the needs of children and their families, developing care plans, and engaging with families to achieve positive outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess the needs of children and their families in accordance with the Framework for the Assessment of Children in Need and their Families
  • Develop Child in Need, Child Protection, and Children Looked After plans
  • Engage with children, young people, and their families to work towards the objectives of their individual care plans
  • Build strong and respectful working relationships with families and partners
