As a key member of our People Team, you will play a vital role in supporting the delivery of our People Plan.

Working closely with our group managers, you will use your initiative and coaching skills to empower them to lead their teams effectively. Your expertise in employee relations will be invaluable in providing guidance and advice on case management, ensuring that all actions are in line with current legislation and company policy.

Your Team

You will be part of a dynamic team that supports 550 wonderful team members across our Manchester and London head offices. You will work closely with various teams, including Technology, Legal, Finance, Facilities, Catering, and Procurement, to name a few.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Building strong stakeholder relationships and providing employee relations advice and guidance to managers, ensuring best practice and commercial solutions where possible.
  • Supporting and advising stakeholders on investigation meetings, disciplinaries, grievances, performance management, absence management, welfare meetings, probationary reviews, and family-friendly policies.
  • Maintaining employee relations records and providing insights into employee behavior, engagement, and performance.
  • Supporting our People Business Partners with colleague engagement, listening forums, and managing exit surveys to identify key trends.
  • Highlighting key employee relations trends and working closely with our wider People Team to provide KPI statistics to stakeholders, prioritizing hands-on support for areas with the greatest opportunity or risk.

  • Experienced as a HR Generalist with the ability to work in an agile and fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office suite.
