About the Role

Brightwork Ltd is seeking a skilled Marketing Executive to join our dynamic marketing team in the Newhouse office. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in driving forward companywide marketing initiatives, aligning with organisational goals and across all areas of the Malcolm Group's extensive and diverse portfolio divisions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop compelling content for various platforms, including website, blogs, trade adverts, direct mail, digital signage, videos, social media, and corporate magazine.
  • Assist with Group Marketing Campaigns, including digital marketing activities.
  • Maintain the Group Brands in line with branding guidelines.
  • Support the marketing and operations team on all events, trade shows, and exhibitions across the UK.
  • Track and report competitor and other relevant analysis.
  • Assist with draft and design of customer presentations and proposals.
  • Provide administrative support to the Marketing Department.

Requirements

Ideal candidates will possess a degree or equivalent experience, with proven experience as a Marketing Executive managing all elements of companywide marketing. First-class verbal and written communication skills are essential, along with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, meeting deadlines and managing a diverse workload. A strong attention to detail and proficiency in digital marketing, particularly in channels like LinkedIn, X, Instagram, and Facebook, email marketing, SEO, and content creation, are also required.
