Job Title: Experienced Phlebotomists/HCA's
Job Description:
We are seeking skilled Healthcare Assistants (HCAs) with phlebotomy expertise to join our team at GP World Limited. As a Phlebotomist, you will be responsible for drawing blood samples, labeling, and storing them correctly in fixed and mobile locations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Draw blood samples from participants aged 18 and above
- Label and store blood samples correctly in fixed and mobile locations
- Work as part of a seven-day service, Monday to Sunday, linked to laboratory opening hours
- Ensure maximum accessibility to participants
Shift Pattern:
- Monday to Friday: 0745 – 1815
- Saturday:
- Sunday:
Requirements:
- Competency in phlebotomy, with a certificate or competency sign-off
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
