We are seeking a skilled Logistics Operations Specialist to join our team at Alchemy Global Talent Solutions. As a Logistics Operations Specialist, you will play a critical role in supporting our import and export operations, while maintaining strong relationships with our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with clients to manage and respond to all inquiries, ensuring timely and effective communication.
- Foster positive relationships to drive new business growth and opportunities.
- Monitor and follow up on client satisfaction, adhering to established guidelines and protocols.
- Promote our services and identify opportunities to offer additional support to clients.
- Represent Alchemy Global Talent Solutions as a mentor and role model, consistently demonstrating a positive and professional attitude.
- Coordinate logistics activities, both operational and administrative, for our clients.
- Plan and monitor service delivery to ensure seamless operations.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth communication and coordination.
- Maintain and update records of client feedback and satisfaction.
- Update financial records accurately, ensuring alignment between cash-in and spreadsheets.
- Develop and maintain spreadsheets, systems, and databases to track import and export shipments effectively.
- Provide flexible support across various business functions as needed.
Requirements
- Proficient user of MS Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and colleagues.
- Prior experience in Freight Forwarding is desirable but not essential.
- Ability to learn and grow within a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
