Digital Marketing Manager

We are seeking a talented and experienced Digital Marketing Manager to join our growing marketing team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a strong background in running successful digital marketing campaigns, a pro at digital analytics, and a passion for making a meaningful impact.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies focused on PPC, SEO, and Paid Social to drive brand awareness, increase website traffic, and increase revenue.
- Work in conjunction with our external partners to conduct keyword research, manage PPC campaigns, and optimise bidding strategies to maximise ROI and drive targeted traffic to our website.
- Optimise website content and technical aspects to improve organic search visibility, ranking, and overall SEO performance.
- Plan and execute engaging Paid Social campaigns on various platforms, targeting relevant audiences and maximising ad performance.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in digital marketing, PPC, SEO, and Paid Social, and incorporate them into our strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align digital marketing efforts with organisational goals and initiatives.
- Manage relationships with external agencies and partners to ensure seamless execution of digital marketing campaigns.
- Manage a small team and provide guidance to junior team members, fostering their growth and development within the organisation.
- Proven experience as Digital Marketing Manager or similar role. We would love if you had experience in the world of hospitality, however, all relevant experience will be considered.
- In-depth knowledge of various digital marketing channels and tools, including SEO, SEM, social media platforms, email marketing software, analytics platforms, and content management systems.
- Demonstrated experience in developing and executing successful digital marketing campaigns, driving measurable results.
- Excellent team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in using data analytics tools to extract insights and make data-driven decisions.
- Strong project management skills, including the ability to prioritise tasks, manage budgets, and meet deadlines.
