  • Maintenance and Repair
    • Perform routine maintenance tasks on mechanical and electrical equipment to prevent breakdowns and ensure optimal performance.
    • Respond to maintenance requests in a timely and efficient manner, adhering to established policies and procedures.
  • Collaboration and Communication
    • Work closely with engineers, technicians, and other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
    • Participate in daily team briefings to discuss maintenance schedules, equipment issues, and other relevant topics.
  • Problem-Solving and Troubleshooting

    • Monitor and control operating parameters of guest rooms and public area building services systems to ensure high efficiency and report any deviations to the Director of Engineering.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role within a similar environment.
    • Trade certification or NVQ level Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
  • Skills and Abilities
    • Good understanding of building services and relevant rules and regulations.
    • Ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively with others.
    • Good problem-solving skills, organized, and detail-oriented.
    • Fluent English communication proficiency.
