About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Delivery Professional to join our team at Royal Mail Group. As a Delivery Professional, you will be responsible for delivering mail and packages to customers across the region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver mail and packages to customers in a timely and efficient manner
  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer inquiries
  • Work independently and as part of a team to achieve delivery targets
  • Operate a company vehicle and maintain a clean and safe driving record

Requirements

  • Valid UK manual driving license with no more than 6 penalty points
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Physical fitness to walk for long periods and work in various weather conditions
