Job Title: Financial Assistant

We are seeking a skilled and organized Financial Assistant to join our team in the Leisure, Travel & Tourism industry.

Responsibilities:

  • Preparation and processing of payroll, including data entry and calculation of wages
  • Maintenance of accurate and up-to-date payroll records, adhering to relevant laws and regulations
  • Timely and accurate reporting of payroll data, providing insights for business decisions
  • Resolution of payroll discrepancies promptly, minimizing delays and errors
  • Liaison with HR and Finance teams to ensure seamless payroll operations, fostering collaboration and communication
  • Maintenance of confidentiality and privacy of payroll information, upholding data protection policies

Requirements:

  • Solid understanding of payroll procedures, including relevant laws and regulations
  • Proficiency in relevant payroll software, ensuring efficient data management
  • Strong numerical skills, with attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent communication skills, facilitating effective collaboration and conflict resolution

Salary: The hourly rate is GBP 15.70, competitive within the industry.
