Education Specialist for Children with Complex Needs

About the Role
As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the education and well-being of pupils with SEMH needs. You will work closely with teachers to develop and implement individualized plans, providing targeted support to students in small groups.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide academic and emotional support to pupils, helping them to overcome barriers to learning.
- Collaborate with teachers to assess student needs, developing strategies to promote engagement and motivation.
- Support the creation of a positive and inclusive learning environment, fostering strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.

- A salary of £28,000 - £32,000 per annum, dependent on experience.
