Job Summary

We're looking for a Bar Team Member to join our team at Popworld Milton Keynes. As a Bar Team Member, you'll be responsible for delivering a great experience to our guests, connecting with the team, and maintaining a clean and safe environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome and engage every guest, ensuring they have a memorable experience.
  • Prepare and serve high-quality food and drink, making recommendations to elevate guest experiences.
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment for guests and colleagues, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.

Requirements

  • Be 18 or over, as the role involves the sale of alcohol.
  • Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well under pressure.
  • Be flexible and able to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
