Job Title: People Partner/HR Advisor

Hunter Savage is seeking an experienced People Partner to join their HR Operations Team on a 9-month fixed-term contract. The successful candidate will provide HR advice and support to operational stakeholders, ensuring effective people solutions are developed and implemented.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide innovative HR thinking and solutions to assist divisions in managing HR
  • Support the development of a performance management culture by coaching managers in the implementation of the performance management process
  • Assist in the delivery of projects and provide professional advice and guidance to managers on legislation, policies, and procedures
  • Support managers with investigations and coach and support managers in people-related issues
  • Prepare regular and ad-hoc management information reports and support continuous improvement in the management and monitoring of sickness absence, performance management, and HR KPIs
Requirements:
  • Minimum of HNC/HND or equivalent in a business-related or HR discipline
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in a HR role, including handling employee relations within a unionized environment
  • Sound understanding of employment legislation
  • Effective communication, influencing, and negotiation skills
  • Experience of organizational change and culture
  • Experience of managing and delivering HR projects
