Dementia Support Specialist

**Job Description:**
- Provide front-line support to individuals with dementia and their families within community groups and day services.
- Lead therapeutic activities that promote skill maintenance, independence, and brain health.
- Support individuals to engage in their interests, hobbies, and community activities.
- Develop new ideas for engaging and therapeutic activities.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure high-quality service delivery.
**Requirements:**
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Caring attitude and passion for making a difference.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic IT skills and ability to use software applications.
- Willingness to learn and participate in training, including SVQs.
