Mental Health Nursing Specialist

**Job Overview:**
A career opportunity exists for an experienced Preceptorship Nurse to join our mental health service in Hook, Hampshire. Our team focuses on supporting patients through community-based activities and treatment programmes, preparing them for a seamless transition towards community placements.
To be considered, applicants must possess a valid RMN or RNLD qualification, along with an active NMC Pin.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver tailored care to assigned clients/patients within defined parameters.
- Develop and implement structured nursing care plans, prioritizing patient choice and preferences.
- Maintain and review nursing care plans, ensuring continuous improvement.
- Address patient suggestions and complaints effectively, promoting a positive experience.
- Contribute to a collaborative team approach, working alongside the Multi-Disciplinary team.
- Knowledge of NMC guidelines and professional practices.
- Ability to adapt and innovate nursing approaches, meeting diverse patient needs.
