We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Adult Education Lecturer to join our team at Coventry City Council. As an Adult Education Lecturer, you will be responsible for designing, planning, delivering, and reporting on high-quality adult learning programmes in English Language.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Up-to-date knowledge of curriculum practice and issues in adult education
  • Relevant teaching experience within a community-based adult education context
  • Good understanding of equity and inclusion, safeguarding, and Prevent
  • Ability to communicate effectively with a range of audiences
  • English and Maths qualifications at Level 2, a teaching qualification at Level 3, and a subject specification qualification at Level 4 or equivalent
