Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and oversee digital marketing strategies across all PEXA UK brands, including Optima, Smoove, Amity Law, and Legal Eye, covering websites, social media, CRM, and the martech stack.
  • Develop and execute multi-channel digital campaigns to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.
  • Manage and mentor the digital marketing team, including the Digital Marketing Manager, Digital Marketing Executive, and Salesforce (CRM) team.
  • Owning the performance of all digital channels (SEO, PPC, social media, email marketing, and content marketing) to achieve KPIs and business goals.
  • Collaborate with the wider marketing team to deliver projects, campaigns, and collective goals supporting the business plan.
  • Work with product, sales, and customer service teams to optimise the customer journey and ensure a 'digital first' approach and seamless digital experience.
  • Analyse and report on digital marketing performance, providing insights and proactive recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Own the martech stack and drive new innovations and adoption of AI to create efficiency within the marketing function.
  • Implement and optimise CRM strategies using Salesforce, ensuring alignment with wider marketing initiatives.
  • Manage external digital agencies and vendors to maximise campaign impact and ROI.
  • Ensure regulatory obligations and standards are met and maintained, working with the risk team.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 10 years' experience in digital marketing roles in FinServ, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership position.
  • Proficient in CRM systems, particularly Salesforce, with a deep understanding of customer segmentation and lifecycle marketing.
  • B2B: Proven experience in a senior B2B digital marketing role, ideally within a high-growth or multi-brand environment. Knowledge of the UK legal or property sectors is a distinct advantage.
  • Project Management: Ability to manage budgets, timelines, and external vendors to deliver marketing initiatives on time and within budget.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions, presenting data-driven insights and performance reports to senior leadership.
  • Innovative: Creative thinker who can develop new and innovative approaches to omni-channel marketing campaigns.
Salary Range:

£80,000 - £110,000 per annum, dependent on experience and qualifications.
