We are seeking a qualified and experienced educator to join our team as a lecturer in Mechanical and Electrical Engineering at Colchester Institute.
About the Role:
As a lecturer, you will be responsible for teaching and assessing practical engineering maintenance subjects, supported by theory delivery for both Levels 2 and 3. This role provides a flexible working opportunity and the chance to work alongside a prestigious 'blue chip' retailer, developing a new course in partnership.
About You:
We are looking for an individual with a Level 3 Qualification in an engineering, mechatronics, or maintenance discipline or a professional industrial qualification within the sector, alongside relevant industrial experience. Teaching/mentoring experience is desirable, and you must have a positive approach to working in innovative ways and with the wider engineering team.
