The Role: Turndown Attendant
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Turndown Attendant to join our friendly and professional team at The Headland. As a Turndown Attendant, you will play a vital role in maintaining the exceptional standards of cleanliness and comfort in our bedrooms and public areas.
Key Responsibilities:
- Light servicing of all occupied bedrooms, ensuring a high level of cleanliness and attention to detail
- Turning back bed covers and replenishing teas and coffees to create a warm and inviting atmosphere
- General tidying of bedrooms and bathrooms, including cleaning cups and replenishing linens
- Light clean of corridors and public areas, maintaining a clean and safe environment for our guests
- Supporting the day team with linen and stock replenishment, ensuring a seamless operation
