About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Software Quality Assurance Manager to join our team in Rotherham, Manchester, or London. As a key member of our Digital Assessment Services team, you will be responsible for ensuring the high-quality delivery of software applications.

About You:
To succeed in this role, you will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in software testing, with at least 2 years in a managerial position. Your expertise should include knowledge of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and release management, as well as strong understanding of software testing methodologies, tools, and best practices. Agile/Scrum methodologies are preferred, but not required. Your technical skills should include proficiency in relevant software and tools. In addition to your technical expertise, you will possess strong problem-solving abilities, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

What We Offer:
We offer a competitive salary of £45,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits such as hybrid working arrangements, opportunities for professional growth and development, and a supportive work environment. Our location offers easy access to public transportation, making it convenient for those living outside of the city center. The role is aligned to either our Rotherham, Manchester, or central London offices, and all our roles are hybrid working; for this role that means visiting your base office no more than once a week.

Educational Requirements:
A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
