We are seeking a skilled Service Engineer to join our team in Loughton, Epping and Harlow. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with our customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions for the maintenance of their medical equipment.

About the Role

This exciting opportunity comes with full training and support, allowing you to develop your skills and expertise in the medical device industry. You will work with a global market leading organization and be part of an expanding global company.

The ideal candidate will have experience in electrical or mechanical engineering, good communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. A valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle are also essential.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support and maintenance services to customers with medical equipment
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Contribute to the growth and success of the business through innovative ideas and best practices
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus excellent benefits, including overtime pay, a favourable shift rota, and opportunities for professional development. You will also be issued with a company van, tools, uniform, iPad, and smartphone.
