About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Production Operative. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for assembling products using a variety of hand tools, ensuring that items are correctly assembled and meeting high quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assemble products using hand tools and ensure accurate assembly
  • Conduct thorough quality inspections on completed products and complete necessary paperwork
  • Identify and mark defects on products and place them in designated areas for collection
  • Perform tasks on machinery and in the warehouse as required
  • Maintain rigorous health and safety standards and follow standard operating protocols

Requirements

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a small team
  • Previous manufacturing experience is not essential, but any relevant experience would be advantageous
