Senior Practitioner

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Practitioner to join our team at the Transformation Unit. As a Senior Practitioner, you will be responsible for maintaining a dynamic and enthusiastic role model, providing clinical leadership on specialty issues to ensure a high standard of care.
You will work closely with the Lead Practitioner to develop clinical standards, policies, and procedures to ensure a high-quality service is delivered. This will involve initiating and responding to change in a positive, flexible, and strategic manner.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in Operating Department Practice and will be able to demonstrate development of individualized programs of care. They will also have experience of clinical supervision and involvement in research projects and quality developments.
