Senior Town Planner Role

Our client, a renowned architectural practice in London, is seeking a highly skilled Senior Town Planner to join their team. As a key member of the team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the delivery of successful development projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage junior members of staff and lead planning services, including planning applications, consultancy, master planning, and appeals.
  • Collaborate with clients, developers, and local authorities to deliver projects that meet high design and planning standards.
  • Contribute to the development of commercial planning strategies and provide expert advice to clients.

Requirements:

  • MRTPI accreditation.
  • Ability to work predominantly in an office environment.
  • Substantial commercial planning experience, preferably in the commercial sector.
