Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Early Years Support Worker to join our supply workforce. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting early years staff in creating a warm, friendly, safe, and caring environment for children aged 2-5 years.
Key Responsibilities
- Contribute to the creation of a nurturing environment that promotes the development and well-being of young children.
- Support early years staff in delivering high-quality care and education to children.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure the smooth operation of early years services.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
- Participate in ongoing professional development to enhance knowledge and skills in early years support.
Requirements
- SVQ in Social Services (Children & Young People) at SCQF Level 6 or willingness to work towards this qualification.
- Relevant experience of working with children aged pre-5.
- Ability to adapt and be flexible to the work of the teams.
- Willingness to continue learning and developing knowledge of Early Years.
