About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Community Support Worker to join our team in Evesham, Worcestershire. As a Community Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting learning disabled adults to live their best lives.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality care and support to learning disabled adults in their own homes and in our supported living services.
  • Assist with daily tasks, such as personal care, medication management, and cooking.
  • Encourage and support individuals to develop new skills, build confidence, and pursue their interests.
  • Work collaboratively with our team to ensure seamless support and care.
  • Contribute to the development of individual care plans and support strategies.
