We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Project Manager to oversee the installation, commissioning, and maintenance of mechanical building services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure high-quality project delivery through close coordination with suppliers, site supervisors, project managers, EHSQ advisors, and subcontractors.
  • Oversee the installation, commissioning, and maintenance of mechanical building services, ensuring all necessary permits are in place and adhered to.
  • Conduct inspections and testing to identify and resolve mechanical issues, liaising with main contractors and the on-site client team for smooth project execution.
  • Manage and supervise on-site labour and subcontractors, coordinating plant hire, tools, and labour effectively.
  • Handle relevant external communications, order materials required for daily site operations, and update progress reports.
  • Maintain accurate records in the client's Document Management System, overseeing project-specific scheduling and monitoring quality reporting.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Relevant trade qualification or further education in mechanical building services.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role as a Mechanical Supervisor or Site Manager.
  • Proven experience managing teams, strong computer literacy, and exceptional interpersonal skills.
  • Project management experience is advantageous, willingness to travel if required.
