Key Responsibilities:
  • Reporting and Compliance: Ensure timely and accurate completion of all operational reports, and oversee compliance of all drivers, including PAYE and Independent Service Providers.
  • Operational Oversight: Pro-actively monitor and review service performance job by job, ensuring every task meets our high standards.
  • Staff Development: Train, mentor, and develop team members to maintain a high-performing operation.
Requirements:
  • Client and Driver Support: Proven experience in managing client and Senior Leadership relationships.
  • Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of the Air Freight industry and Aviation Security.
  • Pressure Management: Ability to perform effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Communication: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage at all levels.
  • Decision Making: Strong decision-making abilities, with a focus on delivering results using data from P&L reports.
  • Organizational Skills: Highly organized with exceptional time management abilities.
  • Professionalism: Always acts with professionalism, confidence, and integrity.
