Job Title: Academy Director - Health and Wellbeing Specialist

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Academy Director - Health and Wellbeing Specialist to lead our strategic approach to promoting learner and staff health and wellbeing within Woodlands School.

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead the development and implementation of a whole-school health and wellbeing strategy
* Promote mental, emotional, and physical wellbeing through initiatives, workshops, and access to specialist services
* Support staff wellbeing through the creation of a positive work environment
* Ensure compliance with safeguarding regulations

Requirements:

* Degree in a relevant field
* Proven experience in a leadership role within a school or health-related setting
* Strong understanding of the national health agenda for schools and wellbeing
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
