Job Summary
Support Residents in Their Daily LivesWe are seeking a dedicated and caring Care Assistant to join our team at Heathbrook House Care Home. As a key member of our care team, you will work closely with residents, families, and other healthcare professionals to deliver exceptional care and support.
About the Role
Providing High-Quality Care and SupportYou will assist residents with daily tasks, provide emotional support, and help maintain their independence. Your expertise and compassion will make a significant difference in their lives.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist residents with personal care, such as bathing and dressing
- Support residents with mobility issues, including transfers and mobility aid use
- Provide companionship and engage residents in activities that promote mental stimulation and social interaction
Salary and Benefits
£11.80 per Hour + Excellent Benefits PackageWe offer a competitive salary of £11.80 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications. In addition, you will receive a comprehensive benefits package, including:
