We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Paediatric Registered Nurse to join our team at Apollo Home Healthcare Ltd. As a Paediatric Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care to our service users in their own homes.


About the Role:


As a Paediatric Registered Nurse, you will work closely with our service users, their families, and our multidisciplinary team to provide person-centred care that meets the unique needs of each individual.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Develop and implement individualised care plans that promote the health, wellbeing, and independence of our service users
  • Provide high-quality nursing care to our service users, including administering medications, performing clinical procedures, and delivering personal care
  • Work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless care delivery and excellent outcomes for our service users
  • Communicate effectively with our service users, their families, and our team members to ensure that their needs are met and their voices are heard
