Hospitality Mixologist

We are seeking a talented Hospitality Mixologist to join our team, where you will have the opportunity to create unique and exceptional beverage experiences for our guests. With a focus on delivering excellent customer service and taking pride in every drink, you will be the face of our hospitality team.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in mixology and be able to take beverage orders from guests or colleagues and serve drinks as requested, paying extreme attention to detail. You will also be responsible for assessing customer preferences and making drink recommendations, while providing a positive and friendly guest experience by interacting with guests.

This role requires someone who is able to keep a well-stocked bar with an adequate supply of liquor, beer, wine, mixers, ice, napkins, straws, glassware, and other accessories. You will also be responsible for cleaning the bar, tables, chairs, and work area to maintain a sanitary environment, and organising the bar area to streamline drink preparation and inventory.
