Job Title: Conveyancer

We are seeking an experienced Conveyancer to join our team at ACS Staffing Solutions. As a Conveyancer, you will be responsible for carrying out all legal aspects of residential property transactions, including due diligence, risk assessment, and communication with stakeholders.

The successful candidate will have experience in conveyancing law and will be able to work efficiently using the OMS system. They will also be able to assess risk on every transaction, evaluate anti-money laundering information, and take responsibility for the quality of legal advice given.

In this role, you will be working on a variety of transactions, including purchases, sales, remortgages, and more. You will be responsible for communicating with other lawyers, estate agents, and third parties, as well as using your skills to make pragmatic decisions and provide appropriate legal advice.

This is a full-time opportunity with a salary range of £35,000 - £50,000 per annum, depending on experience.
