Job Title: Registered Nurse

Leonard Cheshire is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to our customers, ensuring their physical and emotional well-being.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide person-centered care to customers, prioritizing their needs and preferences.
  • Lead a team of support staff, delegating tasks and ensuring the smooth management of shifts.
  • Administer medication, maintain accurate records, and ensure safe storage.
  • Support ongoing assessments, observing changes in health and well-being, and maintaining up-to-date records.
  • Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care and support.
Requirements:
  • Current NMC registration as a Registered Nurse.
  • Thorough knowledge of nursing theory and best practice at the level of a qualified nurse.
  • Understanding of the NMC code of conduct and relevant practice standards and guidance.
  • Effective nursing practice in all basic registered nurse procedures.
  • Flexibility to work rostered hours and on-call rota as required.
