We are a national independent loss adjusting practice that has been enjoying a significant growth phase over the last few years.
Job Opportunity:
We seek a home-based loss adjuster to operate within the West Midlands area, handling a mixed portfolio of domestic and commercial property losses generally up to £100,000, but with the licence to go higher if ability allows.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough investigations and assessments of property losses to determine the extent of damage and potential costs.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, insurers, and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and resolution of claims.
- Manage and prioritize a caseload to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality results.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments, best practices, and regulatory requirements to provide expert advice and guidance.
Requirements:
- A general property adjusting background, with a focus on domestic property claims.
- Professional examinations through CII or CILA would be preferred but are not essential.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Benefits:
We offer a competitive basic salary up to £57,500, plus a fee-related bonus, car allowance, pension, private medical care, and 25 days holiday.
