We are seeking an experienced Regional Estates Contract Administrator to join our client MoJ Property Directorate.

The role involves administering regional Estates and Facilities Management (TFM) contracts, with key responsibilities including:

  • Facilitating contract administration for services delivered to regional establishments
  • Supporting in monitoring work completion and financial records on cloud systems and Excel
  • Maintaining contract documentation, including task orders and risk logs

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of contract management, financial awareness, and excellent communication skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Estimated salary: £25,866 - £30,670 per annum.
